The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from the main attractions in Santa Fe. My room was spacious and comfortable, which was a big plus. However, the service felt a bit inconsistent at times, and the resort amenities didn't justify the extra fees. Overall, it's a decent stay if you're looking for convenience, but don't expect anything luxurious.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its four-star rating, but it fell short in several areas. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, there were some maintenance issues that should have been addressed. The staff was friendly but lacked crucial information that led to frustrating experiences. Additionally, the accommodation charge was misleading due to a daily resort fee for services that felt minimal. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Santa Fe. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and the staff was truly exceptional. However, I did experience some issues with housekeeping and maintenance that detracted from an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy the beauty of Santa Fe, but a few tweaks could elevate the stay even further.

While my stay had some bright spots, including a cozy room and decent dining experience, the service aspect significantly let me down. I encountered issues with the room setup and delayed service that impacted my overall enjoyment. For the price, I expected better management of the guest experience, but the hotel's location was excellent, which was a definite plus.

Our stay at The Eldorado was decent but had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Plaza and surrounded by great eateries and attractions. However, we faced some issues at check-in and the noise in the room made it hard to sleep. Overall, while the hotel is nice, it could benefit from some updates and better service management.

Rooms
7.0
The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, which was a plus. However, the lack of overhead lighting made it feel dim, and the noise from the air conditioner and refrigerator was quite disruptive, impacting our comfort.
Service
5.0
Check-in was chaotic and took a lot longer than expected, but the staff was friendly despite being overwhelmed. I hoped for a better response regarding the loud noises in our room.
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a few blocks from the Plaza, and right next to the O'Keeffe museum, making it super convenient for exploring Santa Fe.
Dining

We didn't dine at the hotel, but I’ve heard mixed reviews about it. It may be worth exploring nearby restaurants instead.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel looks nice, it felt like it had been a while since any significant updates had been made to the facilities.
